T H White’s Grasscare branch at Reading has been appointed as the main distributor for Ifor Williams Trailers Ltd in the Thames valley.

T H White first expressed an interest in Ifor Williams as long ago as 1982 having concluded that no other trailer manufacturer could match Ifor Williams Trailers for brand quality, value for money and reputation.

The franchise will be operated from T H White’s Reading premises at Ducks Nest Farm, Arborfield which underwent significant expansion in 2008 and has been enlarged again to incorporate the new trailer centre. Graham Martin who has many years’ experience with Ifor Williams will be T H White’s trailer specialist supported by the Reading branch manager Nick Brown and his parts and workshop teams.

Both companies are private family businesses with long trading histories.
T H White have traded for over 175 years and Ifor Williams for over 50 years and the trailer product range will complement existing equipment provided by T H White to its grasscare, agricultural, 4x4 and construction customers. T H White’s reputation has been built on providing an exceptionally high level of service and they intend to ensure that trailer customers enjoy the experience of dealing with them.

There are already Ifor Williams trailers and horse boxes in stock at Reading and more stock is due over the next week. A substantial number of spare parts and accessories are also already in stock.
