Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to join our team at T H WHITE Machinery Imports?
Certainly. I’ve always had a deep-rooted passion for machinery, which I inherited from my father. My career began as a service engineer, where I completed a comprehensive apprenticeship with JCB. My journey then took me to McConnel LTD, initially as a service technician, and eventually, I transitioned into a role as a territory sales manager, overseeing sales and dealer support across various regions. Joining Jensen felt like a natural progression for me, given the team’s dedication to growth and customer satisfaction, coupled with the opportunity to work with an exciting range of products.
What excites you the most about being a part of our team and company?
The enthusiasm within the team is infectious. Everyone is committed to delivering top-notch customer service and exceeding expectations. I’m particularly excited about the diverse range of products we offer, which allows us to cater to various markets and meet different customer needs. Plus, the supportive environment here is something I value greatly.
What do you hope to achieve or contribute to the team in your new role?
My primary goal is to become an invaluable member of the team. Drawing from my previous experiences, I aim to contribute to the growth of the business and enhance sales performance. I’m known for my problem-solving abilities and proactive approach, and I intend to leverage these qualities to support our team’s objectives.
Outside of work, what are some of your passions or hobbies?
Family comes first for me. I enjoy spending quality time with my daughters, who keep me on my toes. I’m also a huge sports fan and music aficionado. These interests help me strike a balance between work and personal life.
Is there a particular project or initiative you’re looking forward to working on with T H WHITE Machinery Imports?
Absolutely. I’m eagerly anticipating the “Ferris Coast2Coast Challenge” with the team. It’s not only a fantastic team-building opportunity but also a chance to contribute to a meaningful cause. Additionally, I’m excited about driving the sales and expansion of Jensen products, which presents its own set of challenges and opportunities.

Personally, I hope to continue striking a balance between work and family life, while also pursuing my interests outside of the office.
