Harvest Harvester 100 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The promoters of this prize draw are T H WHITE who are fully responsible for the draw and insurance of the prize.

Prize Draw terms and conditions:

Closing date 31/08/24

  1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18-70, except employees and their immediate families of T H WHITE and their associated companies and agents. Only one entry per person; no bulk or third party entries.
  2. Entry is gained by spending £100 in any T H WHITE parts store and completing the competition entry form found in each store.
  3. The prize is a £100 voucher to spend in any UK Harvester Restaurant. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  4. No purchase is necessary. To enter without purchase, complete a form available on the parts counter at any T H WHITE Agricultural store.
  5. A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the prize draw ending.
  6. Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The prizes may be withdrawn from the said winner(s) and new winners drawn if the prize is not accepted within 14 days of the notification. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to pick another winner(s) at random.
  7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules. These rules are governed by English law.
  8. The winners’ names and counties will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending an email to marketing@thwhite.co.uk. The promoter is T H WHITE Group, Nursteed Road, Devizes SN10 3EA.
