In a typical month, Palfinger UK completes 1,600 service-repair jobs for Customers across the UK. It’s a sad fact that usually, the very small number jobs which don’t go to plan are the ones we get to hear about. We know we’re not perfect, but when we get it right….it’s really great to hear!
We recently received the following feedback from Westley Eabor, at Kier Highways Limited. Westley is a Transport Technician and Service Scheduler for the Birmingham PFI and BHISC contract run by Amey and Kier, and has looked after their Hitachi/Novuna vehicles over the last few years.
