Introducing the latest Doosan midi excavators – the DX50Z-7 and DX55R-7
The hotly anticipated models are the latest -7 machines to join the Doosan product offering and the latest midi-excavators specifically designed for heavy duty applications.
The Doosan DX50Z-7 is the zero tail swing machine weighing in at 5.4 tonne whilst the DX55R-7 reduced swing model weighs in at 5.8 tonne – the two new midi machines combine compactness and agility with excellent performance, high-end comfort and state of the art styling.
Both models feature the high performance Doosan D18 Stage V emissions compliant 49hp engine with auto idle, 2 speed tracking and auto shift. Each comes on 400mm rubber tracks and boast a floating dozer blade, 2.7m boom and 1.45m dipper. Equipped for site, the machines also come with a hydraulic hitch and 4 buckets, hammer lines, check valves to the boom and dipper with a work light pack and beacons.
Powerful yet manoeuvrable
Although designed for heavy duty applications, the compact design with zero or reduced swing allows you to work on site where space is limited. To further enhance the machines usability, the articulated boom allows you to position the machine close to buildings or trucks for loading.
Un-matched operating performance and stability
Achieve better operating performance and greater stability thanks to the improved counterweight design. The DX50Z-7 and DX55R-7 have a larger working range than competitors through pin-point optimisation despite having similar boom and arm lengths. This provides superior lifting capacity and digging force alongside smooth and precise power which is ideal for attachment use.
Easy Servicing
The counterweight provides superb stability whilst offering easy service access from the rear of the machine and from ground level.
