Prize Draw terms and conditions:

Closing date 30 September 2024

  1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18-70, except employees and their immediate families of T H WHITE and their associated companies and agents. Only one entry per person; no bulk or third party entries.
  2. The prize is a £50 voucher to spend in T H WHITE stores.  No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
  3. No purchase is necessary. To enter without purchase, complete a form available at the event or show T H WHITE is attending or request entry at any T H WHITE Agricultural store.
  4. A winner will be chosen by random draw within one month of the prize draw ending.
  5. Winners will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The prizes may be withdrawn from the said winner(s) and new winners drawn if the prize is not accepted within 14 days of the notification. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to pick another winner(s) at random.
  6. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these rules. These rules are governed by English law.
  7. The winner(s) name and residing County will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending an email to marketing@thwhite.co.uk.
  8. T H WHITE may use winner’s name and country in promoting this activity through marketing channels.
  9. The promoter is T H WHITE Group, Nursteed Road, Devizes SN10 3EA.
