Andrew Welch, our Dairy Service Manager at Frome, has celebrated his 30-year milestone of continuous service with T H WHITE. Combined with an earlier stint, it takes his overall years of service with us to almost 42!

Andrew joined T H WHITE in 1975 on the apprentice programme, becoming a fully-qualified agricultural engineer. Leaving for a short interlude, he returned in 1991 to support customers with on-site repairs and upgrades in the Cheddar area. In 2000 Andrew relocated to the Dairy Team at Frome and will be well known by many T H WHITE Dairy customers for overseeing service work across the South West. Andrew has built many strong customer relationships, establishing himself as a trusted and dependable individual in his quest to keep farmers’ dairy parlours running round the clock.

His willingness to tackle day-to-day challenges with positivity and speed places a farmer’s concern for animal health at the top of his agenda and he has great satisfaction when a positive outcome is achieved.

A wider celebration is planned when Covid restrictions are lifted, but in the meantime, we thank Andrew for his loyal service. Keep up the great work!
