We are certain that, like us, you have had quite enough of reading about the life-threatening coronavirus pandemic, but we just want to let you know how we may be able to help in these challenging times.
We are acutely aware of the devastating effect the virus is having on so many lives and livlihoods, and our heartfelt wishes go out to all friends, customers and their families who have been touched by it. We all hope for the easiest possible return to some form of normality when circumstances permit. If you are reading this you will be aware that this issue of White’s World – and probably the next few also – is only being produced as a digital edition to reduce the strain on non-essential distribution whilst continuing to keep in touch with our community during lockdown. Although activity in some of our business sectors has come to a virtual standstill, it’s more important than ever for the health of the nation that Agriculture and Dairy farming should continue as closely to normal as possible. To support our customers our parts and service departments are still operating, using social distancing and collection points as appropriate. The same is true of the bulk storage and processing functions provided by our Projects division, while our Groundcare branches continue to offer parts as well as supporting essential work in grounds and grass maintenance where many dealers have closed their doors. Machinery Imports is maintaining its functions as a distributor.
Many of our staff are either working from home or coming in on a rota basis, but remain ready to deal with your enquiries. Our sales teams continue their support role in the field and, as the season begins, will attend upon request.
With strong support from our suppliers we have also been able to put together an amazing range of special offers and finance deals to help you through this period when it’s more important than ever to get the most from all expenditure.
Remember, when you need us we are still here – please do call. For specific working arrangements by business division of T H WHITE, please visit www.thwhite.co.uk/coronavirus
