The relocation of our Redditch team to our Stourport-on-Severn branch is complete! We are confident this move will ensure we deliver an even higher quality of sales and service support to our Groundcare customers in the region.
Our expanding team has outgrown the premises in Redditch and their new larger freehold home offers many benefits. The premises have a better-equipped workshop with more advanced facilities including brand new grinding equipment. There’s a separate machinery storage area providing increased bay capacity in the larger workshop. The branch also offers a dedicated parts counter with thousands of lines of stock on site.
But the backbone of our operation is provided by our dedicated, knowledgeable, and skilled staff – they are as well-oiled as the equipment, and what they don’t know about Groundcare machinery is not worth knowing!
We are thrilled to say that the whole team has transferred to our new premises to provide the continuity of service levels you currently enjoy. Our sales representatives, technicians and parts advisors led by Ray Eckersley our Branch Manager will be the same faces you already know and rely on.
The sales representatives – Lee Miles and Harvey Brooke – continue to operate locally. Whether you want to talk about machinery, service, or parts, they are just a phone call away.
The new facility is less than 40 minutes from our previous Redditch branch and is easily accessible by the A448, A449 and M5. However, we appreciate it’s not always easy for people to travel, so when you need service, we can arrange for our mobile engineers to carry out most tasks at your own site. When more extensive work is required, we will collect and deliver your machines without you having to take them anywhere.
The extra space at Stourport means we can display more items from our huge range of mowers, compact tractors, golf buggies, UTVs, aeration equipment, hedge cutters, scarifiers, chippers and more. We also have lots of demo kit available which we can bring to your premises.
Service is at the heart of what we do and our Stourport operation is also home to our Agricultural and Construction teams so our multi-skilled workshop with competencies in agriculture, construction and groundcare further enhances our offering to you.
