Palfinger UK Mentoring Scheme Culminates in a Day of Innovation and Teamwork
Yesterday, the Palfinger UK Mentoring Scheme reached its grand finale at The Peppermill in Devizes. The event brought together mentors and mentees from across all UK depots, along with our Leadership Team, for a day of collaboration, innovation, and team building.
Divided into four groups, participants delved into topics such as innovation, customer focus, culture, and drive. Mentees presented their insightful findings, sparking lively discussions and inspiring new ideas. Breakout sessions allowed teams to explore the practical applications of these topics within their daily work.
To foster a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose, the day also included engaging team-building activities and games which concluded with a reflective discussion on the program’s strengths, weaknesses, and lessons learned. MD Stuart Todd closed the session by expressing gratitude for the participants’ hard work and dedication.
To celebrate the successful conclusion of the Mentoring Scheme, a celebratory dinner was held at a local Italian restaurant, providing everyone who presented an opportunity to relax, reflect on the year’s achievements, and strengthen bonds among colleagues they wouldn’t normally get to socialise with from across the country.
