Jensen Business Manager, Nathan Jacobs is pleased to announce that RT Machinery Ltd has joined our growing nationwide dealer network for Jensen wood chippers servicing areas of Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. This extends their existing dealer franchise for Ferris and Spider mowers in the same territory.
Established in 2001 as an independent family firm, RT Machinery Ltd is one of the country’s premium suppliers of quality and innovative groundcare and arborist machinery. With a team of skilled and dedicated staff covering parts, service and sales, the company’s mission and well-earned reputation centres on “Linking value with service”. Owner and Managing Director, Richard Taylor began his career in parts at Ford and Class dealerships. After a short spell in the motorcycle sector he returned to the machinery sector and progressed the ranks to After Sales Director of Risborough Turf a grass equipment specialist. When Risborough’s owner decided to sell up Richard branched out alone to set up RT Machinery and more than 20 years on, his knowledge and expertise have resulted in the business flourishing into a successful award-winning, multi-brand dealership.
Commenting on becoming a Jensen dealer, Richard says;
“Jensen’s history of development and continued build quality fits our company offering and business principles, whilst extending our range of fit-for-purpose, quality products. The Jensen PTO chipper range will suit our area especially well, as clients are looking to see their investments utilised throughout the seasons and with purpose. The well-priced and effective PTO range will utilise tractors and reduce additional costs for our customers, as well as offering Biomass processing and input sizes. That said, the 530 series engine towed chippers will suit our landscape and tree operation teams, with the tracked and offset units meeting large commercial contractors and hire needs”.
Having joined the Jensen Dealer network in early October, RT Machinery has already found success having sold the first unit they took stock of, a 6” A530 XL PTO, which sold on its first demonstration highlighting not only the strength of the Jensen brand but also the expertise that RT machinery will bring in promoting these products.
