We enjoyed a wonderful turnout last night at our VIP Combine Event at Warwick. The evening was co hosted by our CEO Alex Scott and our Agricultural Director David Rapkins. It included a CR8.80 talk by New Holland’s Combine specialist and guest speaker Nigel Honeyman, which was followed by our very own Group Service Manager Simon Holmes giving our guests a history of combine development through the years.
It was a fantastic networking event for customers allowing them to see the sales expertise, service capability and parts & garden machinery store at Warwick depot. We were thrilled to raise £275 in our charity raffle for the Lily Foundation which provides support, resources and ground breaking research to help fight mitochondrial disease. Raffle winners Steve Abbott of R G Abbott and Son, Andy Mitchell of D P Mitchell & Son and Sam Grindal of C J Grindal & Son, scooped up some smashing prizes – a superb 1:32 scale model of a CR10.90 combine harvester and some New Holland jackets. We also auctioned off a ‘technician for the day’ to successful bidder John Mann of R C & J Mann & Sons raising a further £400 for the Foundation!
Thank you to our speakers, our customers who joined us, and our staff who brought it all together. A great evening was had by all.
